OK so I gotta really funny story for you guys. So I was giving the kiddos a bath this morning. And Piper was first. So after I got her out of her bath I went to get her dressed. There was this really cute little purple shirt and I was gonna have her in these plaid pink shorts. Cute match so I thought so I made a huge deal over it. Well stupid mistake on my part. The shirt ended up way too big on her and I told Piper it is too big we have to put on another shirt, well she lost it!!! Im not joking a 1 1/2 year old lost it because her shirt did not fit. Well what was I supposed to do. So I tried to calm her down, that didn't work so finally I got another shirt on her and she fell into my arms and bawled like a baby. It was so funny. And the face she made before she fell into my arms was priceless. I wish that would have been one of those moments where you caught everything on tape.

Well he has been doing well eating and today he was weighed and he was 8 pounds. YAY Otto. Oh and the song title is because that is his song that mommy and daddy gave him.

It is official he is here. Otto Fox Wilder McDonald Keigley. Wow what a name. My mom's blog says all the reasons behind his name. So look there for the whole story. He was born May 22. He weighed 8 pounds 2 ounces and was 21 inches long.

He already has such a personality. He makes these really funny old man face. He scrunches up his forehead and nose. hehe he is just so cute.

Race Day/ Kendall's B-Day

OK so I know it's a little late for this post but I'm gonna do it anyways. Well as most of you know Daddy and me run. Well we love to do races. We have done 3 or 4 races sense we have moved. Daddy has done a half marathon to. I'm not that good yet. Well this last race we did was really fun. It was in Travelers Rest. That night after the race me and daddy went to see Star Strek. It was AMAZING. So here is a pic from the race...

Now for the 2nd part of this post. My friend Kendall turned 16. So her mommy and daddy had a party for her. We had so much fun. The food was really good and I got to meet some of her friends that I had heard a lot about. We went swimming, played soccer (which was like 1 of the best things about it), hung out, played ping pong and jumped on the trampoline. We had a blast!!! So happy late b-day blog post KB. (the pics are of me and KB and then me, Kaylee and Hannah)

Well it's a new month. May... ahhhh.... Its the next best thing to summer. Cause all the summer staffers come!!! Oh my gosh I can't wait. You will be seeing pics all summer (if i can remember)long of them and the kids.

Well not much new in the Keigley house. We are just geting ready for the new baby. Any day now would be fine. I still can't believe it. We just finished his room. It is so cute.

OK so I'm a terrible blogger now. I have done horrible remembering to update my blog. I am so sorry to fellow bloggers or blog readers.

This past week I had my first Africa meeting. If any of you didnt know I'm going to Kenya with Emma. We got some more info and it will be posted on our blog. Look it up on the side of this blog.

What else has happened hmmmm.... mom had another sonograham. We saw a pic of the baby. He's growing and healthy.

Ooooohhhhh.... the best one is when we (mom and i) went to NC we went to the world best pizza place ever!!!!! It's called Donatos. It is pretty much amazing. So we went there for dinner.

And today we had a baby shower. It was fun. We got a lot of adorable clothes and much more. Thanks everyone well today when we got home Piper fell asleep in moms arms watching Myth Busters. It was so cute. (hints the title)

Happy Birthday to Me!!

OK so I am now officially 15!! Yep that's right. So for my birthday I had 3 girls over for a sleepover and then we went to Frankie's Fun Park. We had so much fun. My cake was decorated to look like an iPod. It was awesome. Daddy did a great job on it. So after cake me, ashlyn, kristen and kenzie played cards listened to music i opened my presents and then well it was like 12 then so we were all really tired, or so we thought. We went to Wilder's room to go to bed cause his is a whole lot bigger then mine and on the way there Kristan saw the slacker sak. Well then yea..... we jumped on it and fliped on it and were laughing so hard at one point we woke up daddy. Sorry Daddy!! So we took the party into Wilder's room. Then we put on some of his stuff a.k.a. hats and blankets. His clothes wouldn't fit. hehe... jk.... So then this morning we got ready and headed to Frankie's Fun Park with Daddy. We rode go carts did laser tag and played in the arcade. After Frankie's we went to lunch and then everyone went home. We had so much fun!!

I've Had the Time of My Life

So this past week has been so much fun. Nathan And Jake Heffington, Lanier Ward, Chris Hunt, Matt Casey, Ben Brown and Rachael Slade all popped in for a visit. We all had so much fun with them. The kids (i guess you could call me that at this moment) love when they come. Piper has a new best friend named Lanier and whenever he was over she was in his arms and whenever he left she cried her wee little eyes out and I'm not kidding. Then after they (the summer staffers) left Oma, Emma and the boys came up to spend the day with us. We went to this fun place called Monkey Joe's. It is this huge building that has like 7 or 8 big blow up bouncies in it. The kids (that would be me as well) loved it. There were a couple times where I flew off the bounicies. It was fun though and no one got hurt!! Which is always a plus. After that we went to lunch at Chickfilia, we came home kids went down for rest time and Oma, Emma and Mom went out to have some really really big girl time. They seemed liked they enjoyed it.

So today mom and the girls had a play to go to. So I had the honor of staying home with Piper and Bergen. We had so much fun. We watched Little Bear and Arthur and then I had told Berg that we could go outside for a walk so we did that. He had been wanting to play soccer for a long time. He had so much fun so as soon as Piper saw him playing with a ball she had to have one. So here are some of the pics from it. Go to my facebook pictures to see all of them!!

Get'cha Head In the Game

So yes i have not updated my blog in a really really really long time. So sorry everyone. We have been really busy. Well recently I went to my first Hurricanes game. It was so much fun. Now who are the Hurricanes you may be asking well they are the team for co-op. They played really good. The girls lost but the JV guys won. It was a very good game. I also went to the Varsity guys game but my camera died so I could not take pictures of that game. The varsity guys lost by I think 2 or 3 points. It was so close. We also had to go into double overtime!! It was nuts. I can't wait till the next hurricanes game!! Maybe the next time my camera will not die.

Like every girl I LOVE shoes. My favorite pairs right now are my Converses.London loves to do everything I do wear everything I wear including shoes. Well She has pretty much the same shoes (except hers are blue). Mom was cleaning out Pipers closet and she found Piper some converse. They are the cutest shoes I have ever seen for a baby. See for yourself.
They are so cute on Piper that when this baby is born (we still have not named him yet in case your wondering), I will most likely be getting him some black ones.

We went to Hobby Lobbys recently. Daddy needed some art stuff and London and I need some things for art camp.
When we were at Hobby Lobbys Hawke found this little Styrofoam paper airplane. Daddy said yes to it. They had so much fun making it and playing with it.
Piper was very mad that she couldn't go outside. Speaking of Piper her newest is one day mom was cutting up something and Piper was near her just sitting. Mom got up from the table to go into the kitchen and in that split second Piper crawled up onto the table and was sitting up on it with the scissors in her hands with the blades pointing at her tummy and was playing with them. It was crazy. And her other favorite thing to do is to shake her head NO!! She is 1 1/2 that is not supposed to happen yet.

So as you probably have noticed I have not updated my blog in FOREVER. This time I have no reason this time sorry to say. Let's see what has happened well Daddy turned 34. For his birthday dinner we had Taco Salad. Which he always chooses. I'm quite happy with this decision. We had a lot of the summer staff from 08 come for it. Then of course all the look up staff. It was a lot of fun. Co-op has started back which I about died with out. (No Joke) Piper has said ticklish and many more. It's super cute. She can point to your eye, nose, teeth and hair. Happy New Year's!!! How was everyones new year? I know my family had a fun New Years. So apparently there is a tradition if you eat green things you will be wealthy and black eyed peas for happiness and pork for health. Any one ever heard of that? Well our family has never heard of that.

Well we had about 13 people at our house (including us). London, Mosely and Hawke decided hey lets do nails. So Mandie was the first to go. They did really well considering that they are 5 and 3. It was super sweet because the next day we saw that Mandie had cleaned them up to make them look better. Then Jane let them do her nails also very sweet. And one of Jane's friends Michele becoming our friend as well let the girls do hers to. But the best sport had to be Walter. You are probally thinking did I read this right? Well let me tell you read it right. It was so cute. Hawke did his green and sparkle blue. After that They all went home over all a great new years.

It's gonna be a fun time fun time it's gonna be a family time family time can't you see.

The Keigley family took yet another trip this year. We went to see Uncle Danny, Aunt Beckey, Ki and Maxx. We had a lot of fun with them. The kids enjoyed playing the wii at their house. (My wii is not set up yet) Grandpa and Jenny also came up to see them. Sadly they left before we could get a good picture with all of us in it. But this is really good considering every one is looking.

I know what you guys are thinking I have not up dated the blog
in FOREVER. I have gotten TONS of emails about it. I'm not joking people. But I have a great excuse. These pics will show you why.
This past Tuesday mom, me and the kids got in the car and drove
down to Florida. When we got there we had fun, we went to target
and me (Riley) and stin a.k.a. Austin went to publix. The main reason we came down here was for Beck's b-day, Thanksgiving and Erik and Sarah's wedding. Well Tuesday Daddy came down to join us. We had Thanksgiving and Becks b-day as well as Erik and Sarah's wedding. On Friday we had the rehearsal dinner. The next day was the wedding. At 4:32 exactly ( i look at my watch to check) the pastor/preacher said "I now introduce Mr. and Mrs. Erik Wickstrum. It was a very cute wedding. Piper liked the reception way better. hehe Piper loved dancing and eating cake. Over all we had a great time in Florida. I am staying here with Emma and going back with her for a couple days or maybe a week.

This past weekend most of the summer staff came back for a visit and to work. We had so much fun seeing them and we already miss them. It was good to see them but at the same time very sad. We just got used to them not being here and then they come back and were all sad. But if any summer staff is reading this we are glad you came and your welcome any time!!!!

Mom has always wanted a fire pit. Well maybe like 2 months before we move me and dad made a fire pitt, then we moved. hahahaha....... no not really because we had worked hard on it. Well mom wanted a fire pit here as well. So I kinda made a fire ring. Daddy made it better then it was. Well recently when Emma, Jon and the boys came down and we had a really fun camp fire, it was a lot of fun. Then when grandpa came he made me/ helped me build a fire. It was fine after it was done. But 1 thing I took away from it is fires are good when I dont build it. hahaha. Thanks daddy for building our fires and not making me do it.

Every Friday we try to go over the lodge and go on hikes around the lake. The kids love it. Piper has enjoyed being in the snuglie and picking and touching flowers and bark. She also came up with a new game over at the lodge. This is how you play it.... you get as many acorns of tiny sticks and put them down the cracks and wait for the drop. It's really cute.

On a nice and cool Saturday me and mom went to Carl Sandburgs house (as berg likes to call it cardnial sandburgs house). We had a lot of fun. We heard a man talk about Abe Lincoln and then a guy played the fiddle and 2 diffrent types of banjos. Then we walked around saw some goats and then went back to hear Abe Lincoln (not really) talk. It was kinda creepy he looks exactly like him!!!( see for yourself).

It was really funny, last night me and her were sitting on slacker sack and she was playing with my phone. I had just received a text from my friend Kristen. When we went to Virginia Piper turned 1. It's crazy it seams just yeaterday that Mom was heading to the hospital have munch.

First of all let me say i can't think of any osng titles for these next blogs so deal with it.
On Sunday we (mom,riley,london,mosely and bergen) got in the car and went to Hunting Island. It was pretty cool outside but we still went at first Bergen was terrified of the water, but after awhile he got in. We enjoyed it very much. Dad and Pip stayed at the house because they were not feeling good. At Hunting Island we had a great time......

The Keigleys went to Fripp Island this past week. We had so much fun. The little guy in the pic is named Pete. Piper is growing up so much these past few days. Let's see what is new with her

- she hates the word NO and throws a hissy fit when we tell her NO or move her

- she is not doing her army crawl anymore she is now has her tummy up it very sad

When Papaw came to visit he brought us all shirts from when he went to texas!!! They are really cool shirts. Exspecially mine. He has pretty good taste. Piper got a little cowgirl onesie with a skirt attached!! The shirt below says" Someone who loves me very much went to Fort Worth and got me this shirt." Then Bergs shirt has spiders on it.

Every year at camp we have a theme and character. This years is a Lou-ow and a ninja squirrel. The story is that the Nun and Chuck Norris are ninjas in training but have to fight bad guys in the end they fall in love with there minions. The Ice Queen and Snow Flake. Well the other bad guys Tha Big Cahoona and Tha Little Cahoona. The Ninja Squirrel come to the rescue and takes down the Big Cahoona. Then in the end the Ninja squirel comes out and it's Timmy Tucker. And he says " My Name is Timmy Tucker and I finally found my place in the world."

Ok so most of you know we went to VA for the Fourth of July Party we have every year. It was a lot of fun. My favorite part was that i got my braces off. But I also learned how to drive stick.(boy that was hard) and me and Austin went to the lake with Leigh and Gabe. We jumped off of 40-70 ft. cliffs. (into the lake of course). Well lets hear what London has to say...

.... "I like the fireworks and the cake". Now the cake was not any ordinary cake. We had a diploma cake for Austin, Sarah Addis and Sarah Wickstrum, we also had a baby cakes for all the births we have had this year. Piper was born in August and Beckett in September and little IZZ was born in June. Now I know this is crazy but there is still more cakes. We had a wedding cake for Jessica and Luke and Sarah and Eric geting engaged. Congrats to both of you.Then the last cake was a moving cake for The Keigley Fam and Jesse and Tarry. I think that was all the cakes.

Piper is just to cute. She is growing up so fast. She is already starting to crawl. She Is really funny. We have a photo baby. One day I was taking her photos and she cried when I took the camera away. It was really cute. Piper is eating whole foods. Her favorite thing is a whole weat biter biscuite. They have them in the baby food section. And ya know the best part of it is they are not as messy as the other ones that are not whole weat.

We are trying to potty train Bergen but have haad no luck what so ever. So with that being said, one day Bergen came out and wanted to wear Dad's boxer shorts. Of course we could not tell him no. Recently at our church(NORTH HILLS) we had a picnic. It was a blast. The kids had there own cotton candy which was a major hit. Then we had snow cones. The kids enjoyed the boncie things. If you don't know what I'm talking about look at the pics. We had sunscreen but forgot to put it on. It was a very smart thing to do. Every one got really sunburned. But other then that part it was really fun. London said " I really love that place. I miss it to. Can we go back?"

Well here is the update on the Keigley house. We will start from youngest to oldest.
Piper: She is now crawling , eating whole foods and mom is letting us give her a little bit of ice cream. hehe. Ummmm.... oh yea she is starting to make oba noises. It's really cute.
Bergen: Bergen is a wild man and that's pretty much all I can say about him.
Mosely: She is growing up so fast. She loves to cook and tonight I was cleaning my really messy room and she just came in and started cleaning it up. It was awesome!
London: London is talking now about turning 5. It's crazy that's she going to be 5. Daddy told her when she turns 5 she can run with him. She's really excited about that.
Riley: Well I'm an official Look Up Lodge worker. It's pretty awesome. I have like 5 or 6 weeks left of school. It will be the bomb when I'm out of school.
Daddy: Well daddy is enjoying working at Look Up. If any of you come down to camp this summer then know that a lot of ideas are from him and Walter. LOL
Mommy: Well she is enjoying every day being a mother of 5. She can't wait for mothers day. I will write more about her special day after it's happened. ( just in case she reads this before it's her day.) 1 more thing if your wondering why the pic is of a dad saying hey it just made me laugh.

Piper is growing up so much. It's crazy. Right now she is at the army crawl stage. It's really cute. So far Piper has eaten puffs and Cheerios. As far as the foods she eats that's hard.
We went to church this morning and when we dropped her off it was really sad seeing a complete stranger take her. But on the bright side she did great.

A novel that is filled with danger and excitement , Johnny Tremain by Esther Forbes is a book that will make you realize that life is not fair and that you have to learn how to deal with all of life’s curves that it throws at you.
Johnny Tremain was an apprentice to a silversmith in the time of the Revolutionary War. The war had not begun when the book begun. Johnny is his master’s favorite boy out of all of his apprentices. Johnny Tremain is taught a lesson of being prideful by taking the Lord’s day and doing work. He is taught that lesson by being severely burned on his hand. After weeks of waiting it’s time to find out how his hand looks. His thumb is stuck to the side of his hand. He can not do silversmith work any longer so his master tells him to go find another job, along the way he met a really nice guy. His name was Rab. He helped and befriended Johnny. Then the Revolutionary War began. Rab was killed and a doctor was able to free Johnny’s hand. For the first time in along time, Johnny felt free.
The theme of this novel is trust . It is shown through Johnny Tremain learning how to open his heart to his friend Rab and trusting him with his life.
This was a good book because by the end you were like I feel good about reading that book. You might not read it again, but it is worth reading because you actually kinda felt what Johnny Tremain was feeling.

Lions and Tigers and Bear, Oh My!

We went to the Greenville zoo for Bergen's 3rd birthday. Daddy took off for the day to come with us. On that day we went to a Greenville Drive baseball game and the zoo. We had a blast together. Well as you all know this is Mosley. We have this tree out side the house and it's perfect for the kids to climb on. Mosely loves to do everything that London does and well London is a better climber then Mo-Town, so she mostly gets stuck in the tree then actually climbing it, (sorry Mosely but it's true).

Tomorrow is Hawk's birthday. We are all excited. He will be three. It's hard to believe but it's true.
While mom and the wee girls made Hawk's cake, I took Berg out on a hike. We took Piper to. She enjoyed it very much.
So far Hawk has gotton a sigg bottle (shown in the pic), a Greenville Drive hat (a local simi pro leage), and our friends Leigh and Ryan sent him a fun pillow with some Curiouse George stuff and mamaw and papaw sent him twenty dollors!!!

When Berg went to have Hank removed, Cole, Beck and Emma came up to watch us. We had fun with them. We enjoy their company very much. I was giving Piper a bath and getting her dressed afterwards. She loves her baths, well every Keigley kid (except Riley) has worn this out fit.

Well as you all know, this is Piper. She is now 7 months old. I have decided to do something that I have never done before. Every month till she is 1 years old and maybe after that, I'm going to do a update so that all of our friends can see her growing up.

Piper has been rolling over for about a month. She just started getting really good at sitting up. She has been eating normal foods now. She loves them. Well that's pretty much her update for you.

Piper for some reason loves big stuff toys. (the ones that are bigger than she is). Well she was sitting in Riley's bedroom and Riley brought out Winnie the Poo, well Pip just loved him. Million Dollor Baby

Piper has grown up sp fast it seams like. She has started to sit up. We have to help her but she is doing great. She has not gotton the hang of sitting up by herself yet. But like all babys she is definally going to learn.
These past couple of days have been fun. Riley had her birthday and then Leigh and Gabe came down for the weekend. Ryan did not come this trip. We missed you Ryan. I will put up some photos of there trip here later.

Never Alone

Bergen recently had surgery on his hernia. He has had it since he was born. He loves to sleep while playing with it. We, as a family, decided to name him Hank. Then a couple days before his surgery Uncle Douglas' horse had a baby and named it Hank. We told Berg that and he thought that Uncle Douglas named him that because of him. Daddy and Mommy said that Berg did great. I'm sure he was a trooper. We love you Berg. He has been recovering well. The doc said that he was not suppose to do any physical activity for 2 whole weeks. Everyone knows Berg, that is not possible. But he is back to his normal self now, and enjoying life.

Riley just turned 14 today. So on that special occasion, mommy and the kids took Riley shopping at Old Navy. They had a blast trying on clothes. So when we got home, mommy took a photo shoot of Riley,(and some of London). The photo with with Riley and London is our Guitar Hero shirt London said.Then one shirt is light green with white stripes. The Kelly green shirt is a St. Patrick's day shirt. Then the dark green one is well dark green.

Rub a Dub Dub

Piper was the first Keigley baby to take a bath in the new sink.
Riley gave Piper her bath. Piper really enjoyed being able to sit up
in the bath for the first time.
Piper has grown so much in the past couple weeks. It's very bitter sweet. She has tried carrots, rice, peas, peaches, green beans, and several other baby foods. She likes them all very much. She has not turned a colour yet but I'm sure she will.

GNO (Girls Night Out)

Ashleigh, Riley's friend, came over and spent the night at the Keigley's old house.
They had a mini party and did the best music video you have ever seen. ( daddy helped a little, OK so maybe a lot).
The music video is called GNO. Hence the name.
Riley and Ashleigh have been friends for over 2 years and so far they love being friends. I don't know if any of you knew but the
Keigleys went out west for a couple days.(yes we drove).

Well Ashleigh came with us. Mommy told us we would probably be

tired of each other by the end of the trip but we were not. We had

a blast. Well now back to the GNO video. Ashleigh came over to

celebrate Riley's early b-day and Ashleigh's really early b-day.

They did a lot of funny stuff. Daddy was a huge help. He helped edit it and video it as well. Daddy is great as you all know. So on behalf of Riley and Ashleigh Thank You Daddy.

It's a Wild World

London, Mosely and Bergen had never seen the ocean before - until now! On the way to Aunt Vonnie's house we stopped at Buckroe Beach in Hampton. The kids chased the seagulls, with a little help from Erick and Rob! We ran on the sand and Bergen held his hands over his ears because the sound of the wind was too much for him.

The kids enjoyed it even though the wind was to much. Bergen said that there were sharks in the water. All though that is true we really don't want to believe it unless your crazy. Cause every boy loves sharks but even if they were the toughest boys in the world they would be a little scared.

Now as we mentioned before the kids loved chasing the seagulls. Mosely would run after them then stop and say something like come here seagull and they the seagull would start to run and then it would fly.

Now you are never to old to chase birds and that is also what Rob and Erick thought to. (Erick is in the green shirt and Rob in the brown shirt).

This is Baylee Murphy. She is one week older than Piper. So she was born in August. She is so cute.

The Murphy girls came down while Riley and Dad went down to Look Up.

Baylee is the most grinny baby ever. I mean she is SO grinny.

All of the wee ones loved her so much. We all loved holding her and of course kissing her. She is a sweet baby.

Now Baylee is not the only Murphy girl. There's Raven too. Raven

is going to turn 5 in May. London and Raven are the bosses in their own houses. And well, when they

want to be in charge they mean it.
